Review the A/R Control Log

The AR Control Log compares the Daily Sales Report (DSR) totals to the CARRR totals for a day or a range of dates. Use the report to verify that the charges and payments posted to CARRR from the POS match the totals reported on the DSR. The DSR totals are the information that will be posted to the General Ledger.
Create and review the A/R Control Log report daily to verify that the DSR and CARRR totals match.

Refer to the Reconciling the Report for the steps to reconcile the report.
If the report is out of balance, wait a few days for transactions to process. If still out of balance, contact Follett Support Center.
