Export Sales History
Sales history includes all transaction information stored in CARP. A sales history export file can be created for a range of dates specified and provided to the school.
- On the CARP main menu, select Transactions Sales Export.
- Click Export dialog box.
- Complete the Export table. View field definitions
|Email Address||The email address where notification is sent when the file has been created. This is not a required entry.|
|Transaction Start Date||Beginning date of transactions that you want included in the file.|
|Transaction End Date||Last date of transactions that you want included in the file.|
|File Name||The name you give the file. Not necessary if file being sent via FTP. A standard filename will be created behind the scenes for the extract.|
Select whether the file will be delivered through email or by FTP. (FTP can only be selected if the FTP site has been set up.) Sending a file to the FTP site should be cleared with the school beforehand.
If you select email, a new field appears. Type the email address where you want to send the file when it's ready.
Let Template default to the options below.
|Major Account Details||Select which major accounts whose transaction information you want to include in the file.|
|Template||Select from the dropdown a template to be used for the extract. If there is not at least one Template to select, contact Follett Support Center.|
|Store Details||Select which store details you want to include in the file. (You will have more choices if there is a main store with satellite stores.)|
- Click Export to the sales history export file.
