CORE POS training is supported by a blended learning approach with support documentation and training materials. Training is specific to store security roles and divided into:
- Cashier (Advanced Cashier, Cashier, and Temp)
- Store Management (Manager/Key Holder)
The training guide provides foundational content with a learning plan, specific to your role. Each learning plan includes a list of training activities and resources to prepare you to effectively use CORE POS in your role. The majority of training and support content is located in the CORE POS section, unless otherwise noted.
Read and follow the training guide for your specific role. Managers and key holders are required to complete both cashier and manager/key holder training.
