Modifying Existing Store Fund Requests
A Store Manager can modify a request that has a status of Waiting for Regional approval. A Regional Manager can modify a request until the status changes to: Waiting for Lawson to Process.
- From the Request for Additional Store Funds Main Screen, click the date in the Date Needed field for the request you want to modify.
The Modify
Existing Requests screen appears. View Field Definitions.
- Modify the fields as needed.
- Refer to the chart below for your next step:
To... | Click | Then... |
---|---|---|
Submit your modified request. | Update | A confirmation dialog displays. |
Discard your request. | Delete | The request is removed from the list. It cannot be retrieved. |
Discard your changes. | Cancel | The Main screen appears. |

You may occasionally see the following message on the Modify Existing Requests or Enter New Requests screens:
No current rush information available. Please update your store's rush dates in eStore Database.
