Store Fund Requests Overview
Store Funds Requests are used for ordering funds for rush, buyback, and other valid reasons. After you submit your store fund request, your regional manager receives an e-mail advising them to review and approve or deny the request on a daily basis. You will receive an email advising you of the status of your request.
Requesting store funds can include the following tasks:
Enter a new store fund request.
Modify an existing fund request.
Modify an existing cash order.
Export fund request information to an Excel spreadsheet.
View status of store fund requests.
View status of cash/change order requests.
Regional Managers can review buyback compliance reports.
Managing Store Funds
Once you receive the store fund check, you must account for the funds in your store safe balance.
Follow the steps in the Complete a Change Order topic to record the receipt and movement of the funds. The change order is processed in CORE Back Office.
You must continue to account for the funds, either the buyback check amount or cash received from the bank, in your daily safe count. See End of Day at Back Office for steps to complete the Safe Count.
Once buyback is completed and funds are no longer needed, deposit the excess cash.
Voiding Buyback Checks
After buyback is completed, if you have remaining checks, void the checks in eStore Portal. See the Voiding Buyback Checks topic for complete instructions.
