eFollett: Checkout - Integrated Campus Card
In the Payment Method section, customers see the available payment options. Options may vary by campus store.
To allow your campus card to display in checkout, a tender must be configured in Accelerator by the eFollett Support team. The tender label can be customized for your store depending on what you call your campus card.
After completing step 1 - Delivery Method:
- Payment Method displays all tenders configured for the store in eFollett Accelerator.
- When Campus Card is selected, the student is prompted to enter information for validation, e.g., Account Number, Student ID. After entering the information, student selects APPLY.
- Once the student's information is validated, the campus card tender is applied to the order. If the campus card covers the entire order total, the student can select PLACE ORDER.
If there are not enough funds on the campus card to cover the entire order total, the student can apply another payment method (e.g., debit/credit card, PayPal, Gift Card) to cover the remaining order total before placing the order.
