Viewing POD and Non-Response Items
- On the Report
Selection screen, click the appropriate radio button (Month or
Cumulative) and click Enter.
The AP Activity
for POD and Non-Response screen appears. View
Field Definitions.
Report Selection | Returns you to the Report
Selection screen where you can choose another report type. |
Export | Generates an Microsoft Excel™
version of the report. Follow the onscreen instructions to save the report. |
Explanations | Takes you to the AP
Purchases Explanations screen where you can find the definitions
of each of the codes in the following code groups: - Description
Codes
- Special
Rec Numbers
- AP Rec

- Purchase
& Wholesale Account Descriptions

Corrections Deadlines | Takes you to the Inventory
Accounting Purchase Analysis page on The Quad where you can view
the deadline table, as well as access other documents such as the PA Corrections Worksheet. |
Inv. Acctng Contact Info | This link opens a list of Inventory Staff Accountants
and their contact information. |
Corrections Sheet | This link opens the Purchase
Analysis Corrections Worksheet. Follow the steps on the Instructions
tab to properly complete this worksheet. |
Shrink Busting | This link takes you the eStore
Portal Shrink Busting page. See the online help for the Shrink
Busting application for further instructions. |
Date Range | Type the date range in the From and To fields using
the following format: mm/dd/yy. You can also click the calendar icon and choose the
desired date range. Note: You
can scroll forward or backward through the months by clicking the arrow
button on either side of the calendar. |
Sort By | You can sort the data records by one or more of the
following criteria: Sorting Tips- To sort by rec
number only, place a 1 in the
box next to Rec No, click Ascending
or Descending and click Sort.
- To sort first by
rec number and then by invoice number, type 1
in the box next to Rec No and type 2
in the box next to Invoice. Click Ascending
or Descending and click Sort.
- If all of the boxes
are left blank, data records will be sorted by account number. Directions
for sorting the report appear under the Sort
By field.
- Sort in descending
or ascending order by clicking on the radio button for Ascending or Descending.
- Click Clear
to remove the entries from the sort fields and return the Sort
By function to its default state.

Report Details | This area of the screen is the actual report. Items
will be listed according to the order you chose in the Sort
By fields. The following field is editable in the report: Invoice

screen appears. See Adding a Comment for
more information.
