Unfulfilled Refund Requests
The Unfulfilled Refund Request Report lists refund requests that have not been refunded or rejected for more than 24 hours since the initial request.
For most Follett ACCESS programs, it is smart to run this report at least weekly to make certain that returns for any drops or changes in materials are occurring regularly. Be sure that effective communication is shared with Follett ACCESS students with print material to return the materials once they drop from a Follett ACCESS course.
Returns required for students changing sections that deliver the same material should occur without the student needing to come to the store. Careful review of the SAM Reconciliation Report can help identify those students.
- Select Reports > Unfulfilled Refund Requests.
- Select the term you want included on the report.
If there are no unfulfilled refund requests in the term selected, a message "No results exist for the report selection" is displayed.
If there are unfulfilled refund requests for the selected term, a grid is displayed listing the unfulfilled refund requests. View field definitions.
|Term||Identifies the term of the unfulfilled refund request.|
|Requested||Date the refund was requested.|
|Refund SAM Order Ref #||SAM order number on which a refund was requested.|
|Refund Line #||Line number of the SAM order for which a refund was requested.|
|Original SAM Order Ref #||Identifies the original SAM order reference number.|
|Original SODA Order Ref #||Identifies the original SODA order reference number.|
|SKU Ordered||Identifies the item that was ordered.|
|DDCS||Identifies the division, department, course and section of the order.|
|Item Description||Identifies the item that was ordered.|
|Student ID||Student's ID|
|Last Name||Student's last name.|
|First Name||Student's first name.|
|Student's email address.|
