Training

CORE POS training is supported by a blended learning approach with support documentation and training materials. Training is specific to store security roles and divided into:

Cashier (Advanced Cashier, Cashier, and Temp)
Store Management (Manager/Key Holder)

The training guide provides foundational content with a learning plan, specific to your role. Each learning plan includes a list of training activities and resources to prepare you to effectively use CORE POS in your role. The majority of training and support content is located in the CORE POS section, unless otherwise noted.

Read and follow the training guide for your specific role. Managers and key holders are required to complete both cashier and manager/key holder training.

Follow the Management/Key Holder Learning Plan for a list of training activities and resources for any CORE POS user with the role of Manager or Key Holder to be prepared to complete management responsibilities and support customers using the CORE POS application. As a manager or key holder, complete the Cashier Learning Plan to execute customer-specific transactions and train your team.
