Cancel One or More Items on an Order
You can cancel lines on the order only if the Order Status is: D (Suspended), B (Backordered), K (Invoice Backordered) or 4 (Allocated). If you want to cancel the entire order, refer to Cancel an Entire Order.
- From the SODA main menu, select Sales
Order Cancellation.
- In the Order Number field, type the SODA order number for the order you want to cancel and click Find.
- If you don't know the order number,
search for it.

Click inside the Reason Code field. Click Search to find a code.
Choose a code and click Select. In the Reason
Code field, select a reason code.- Click Cancel by Line.
- Select the line item to cancel.
To review information about a line item before
you cancel it...
- When you are ready to cancel the selected line item click Cancel Line.
- Click Accept.
