There are several reports available to assist during the order fulfillment process. This topic provides a list of some of the text reports available on The Quad, eStore Portal/OWB and/or SODA. Use these to find out information about customers, orders, shipments and invoices, or help you track order status and sales..
eStore Portal Reports
eFollett Fulfilled Order Report
Used to help you spot trends. Daily Sales totals from financials are compared to the same period of time from the previous year.

SODA Zero Pick Report
This is a standard report that runs at night for each store.
- The SODA Zero Pick Report is posted on eStore Portal in Excel format.

SODA Reports in SODA
Select SODA Reporting to run any SODA report.
Two regularly used SODA reports are the: Pick Printed but not Confirmed and SODA DSR report:
Printed but not Confirmed
- items printed and allocated but not completed or on backorder.
- where a pick list has been printed, but one or more items has not been confirmed.
Run this report daily after completing order fulfillment to confirm that all orders are completed. If one or more items has not been confirmed, address any orders on this report.
SODA DSR (Daily Sales Report)
The SODA DSR Summary Report provides summarized SODA sales information for a selected period.
SODA Backorder Report—Detail by SKU
The SODA Backorder Report- Detail by SKU lets you view the status of all backordered items at the SKU detail level.
