View Buyback Recap Report

1. From the Daily Sales App screen, click Total Sales Recap.
2. Click the drop-down arrow in the box next to Reports, and select Buyback Recap.
3. In the From Date and To Date fields, click the Calendar icon and select the date for which you want to display information.

Type the date using the following format: mm/dd/yyyy

Note: You can scroll forward or backward through the calendar by clicking the arrow buttons on the calendar.

4. In the Rollup field, select your authorization level. View options.
5. If your store number does not display in the Rollup Value field, select your store.

Note: Group VPs and Region Managers have different values in this field depending upon the value they have set in Rollup.

6. In the Detail or Total field, select the option you want to view.
7. Click Run.

A Crystal Reports version of the Buyback Activity Comparison report appears.
