Hardware Trade-in Program

Follett has a partnership with Encore to provide a device trade-in program with a select number of our stores. If you are a participating store, see the Hardware Trade-in Program Instructions for complete details.

To process the transaction in CORE POS:

The transaction follows the No Receipt return steps to process the trade-in. The amount of the trade-in quote is tendered to the customer on an FHEG gift card.

1. Select Return.
   The Return Options screen displays.
2. Select No Receipt.
3. Enter the Trade-in SKU, 15656251, as the item to be returned.
4. Select Next/Enter.
   The Item Return Information screen displays.
   
5. Enter the item return information on the screen.
   • Type the price from the quote in the Price field.
6. Select Next/Enter to move to the tender screen.
7. Tender to an FHEG gift card.
