Order Inquiry by Shipping Location
Use this procedure to look up more details about a customer’s order if you are the fulfilling (shipping) location.
- From the SODA main menu, select Order Inquiry by Shipping Loc.
- Enter your search criteria into a minimum of one field to reflect the data you want to be included in the search.
- Click Find.
- Notice two columns in the lower half of the screen:
DSV/Mkpl – if the order is from the DSV, the column shows D.
Origin Loc.– shows the store number of the originating store.
