You can send customized comments to a customer about an order in two ways.
- During the pick confirm process, you can click Comments on the SODA Picking Confirmation screen and enter comments on the SODA Shipping Comments screen.
- At any time, you can send comments about a current or previously shipped order using the procedure below.
Comments entered by either method will be sent to the customer's eFollett account and displayed in the Order History area. An email is also sent to the customer containing the most recent comment.
- From the SODA main menu, select Send Comments to
- Type the SODA order number and shipping sequence number, starting with 1, in the corresponding fields.
- Click Accept.
- Type your comments in the open fields.
Click Send Comments.
Note: The five long lines allow 50 characters on each line. The short line allows four characters.
- Repeat steps 2-4 to send comments to another customer
Click Go Back to return to the SODA main menu.
