Student Search Report
Use the Student Search report to search the details of the ordering activity for all currently open terms (including nested terms). The results will provide you with more detail on the student and his/her enrollment history and the general status of any materials. You can enter the known search criteria (including partial criteria) based on the search fields detailed below. The more complete the search criteria the more accurate the search results will be.
- Select Reports > Student Search
- Enter one or more parameters for the search. View

ID | Student’s ID number (default focus).

Phone # | Student’s phone number (only exact 10 digit format incl. the area code). |

Type | Types are student and instructor. |
First Name | Student's first name. |
Last Name | Student's last name. |
Address | Student's address. |
City | Student's city. |
State | Student's state. |
Zip | Student's ZIPcode. |
Phone1 | Student's first listed phone number. |
Phone2 | Student's last listed phone number. |
Email | Student's email address. |
Term | Term when the student was included in a school file. |
Pricing Model | Identifies the pricing model used for the ordered item(s). |
Shipping Preference | Identifies the shipping preference set by the school. |

CRN | Identifies the course request number, if used. |
Status | Provides a general status message for the student's order for the DDCS. |
