includED (Follett Access) Operations Report

includED (Follett Access) Operations Report

The includED Operations Report is the gateway to reporting that provides insight into the current state of your Follett ACCESS program. This insight is provided in two reports:

  • includED Operations Term Report
  • includED Operations CM Report

Both reports give you an in-depth view into how your Follett ACCESS terms are setup and also what has been adopted in CourseTracks.

To run the report:

  1. Select Reports u includED Operations Report.
  2. Select your store number from the Select a Store drop-down.
  3. Select the term from the Select a Term drop-down.
  4. Select Get Report.

Both the includED Operations Term Report and the includED Operations CM Report display.

includED Operations Term Report

The includED Operations Term Report is a view into the term level detail of your Follett ACCESS program. It only shows active terms, but is useful when setting up dates in CourseTracks or setting up the term in SAM.

Order Release DateDate set in CourseTracks when orders will start to flow to SAM, and then downstream to be fulfilled
Class Start DateDate set in CourseTracks that indicates the first day students are in class and need to have the course materials
Last Day to Process DropsDate set in CourseTracks that indicates the last day that a student can drop (or opt-out) and receive a 100% refund
Order End DateLast date that orders can be processed or refunded
Last Day of FinalsLast day of finals for the term
Rental CheckIn End DateLast day that students can return rental materials
Is LDTPD 2 Weeks after ORD? (Y/N)The Last Day to Process Drops mustbe a minimum of two weeks after the Order Release Date. If you are compliant, this field reads Y. If you are not, this field reads N and you must correct.
Is OED 2 Weeks after LDTPD? (Y/N)The Order End Date mustbe a minimum of two weeks after the Last Day to Process Drops. If you are compliant, this field reads Y. If you are not, this field reads N and you must correct.
Is A/R# for School Complete? (Y/N)Indicates if you have assigned a CARP account in SAM to this term. If you are compliant, this field reads Y. If you are not, this field reads N and you must correct.
Is A/R# for RIM Collateral Complete? (Y/N)Indicates if you have assigned a CARP account in SAM to this term. If you are compliant, this field reads Y. If you are not, this field reads N and you must correct.
Is Tax ID Complete? (Y/N)Indicates whether the tax exempt status is flagged in SAM for the term. If you are compliant, this field reads Y. If you are not, this field reads N and you must correct.
Is Pricing Complete? (Y/N)

Indicates if any sections are missing a course charge in SAM. If you are compliant, this field reads Y. If you are not, this field reads N and you must correct.

Is there any DDCS W/O Materials Adopted? (Y/N)Indicates if you have any sections marked as includED in CourseTracks, but do not have Follett ACCESS titles adopted. If you are compliant, this field reads N. If you are not, this field reads Y and you must correct.
Are there any Pending Orders? (Y/N)Indicates where there are any pending orders. If you are compliant, this field reads N. If you are not, this field reads Y and you must correct.

includED Operations CM Report

The includED Operations CM Report is a view into the course material and section level detail of your Follett ACCESS program. It only shows active terms, but is useful when auditing, or searching, Follett ACCESS (includED) adoptions.

LMS Course IDID used for some publisher integrations, such as Pearson My Labs Plus
Instructor NameName of instructor teaching the course
Adoption StatusStatus as it appears in CourseTracks
Requirement INDIdentifies if the course material is marked as Required in CourseTracks
PublisherPublisher that provides the course materials
Download ProviderIdentifier used with titles to indicate they are tied to certain publishers
includED New Only Fulfillment FlagIndicates if the New Only Fulfillment flag in CourseTracks is checked
includED Override Rental FlagIndicates if the Override Rental flag in CourseTracks is checked
includED Material FlagIndicates if the course material is flagged as an includED Material (Follett ACCESS) in CourseTracks
Continuation Course FlagIndicates if the title is flagged as a Continuation Course in CourseTracks
Continuation Period in DaysIf the title is flagged as a Continuation Course in CourseTracks, indicates the duration
Author NameName of the person who wrote the title
EditionEdition of the title
Copyright YearYear the title was copyrighted
Book Type INDIdentifies if the course material is physical, digital, supplies, or other in CourseTracks
ISBNIdentifies the ISBN in CourseTracks for the title
Item TypeIndicates the type of course material adopted, e.g., supplies, text
Item DescriptionName of the title in CourseTracks
Retail New PriceRetail new price listed in CourseTracks
Retail Used PriceRetail used price listed in CourseTracks
Rental New FeeRental new fee listed in CourseTracks
Rental Used FeeRental used fee listed in CourseTracks
Rental New FlagIndicates if the Rental New flag in CourseTracks is checked
Rental Used FlagIndicates if the Rental Used flag in CourseTracks is checked
Rental Pricing FactorIndicates if there is a Rental Pricing Factor in CourseTracks
Actual EnrollmentIndicates the actual enrollment listed at the time in CourseTracks
