The Follett ACCESS Accounting Team has completed the variance check in Follett ACCESS’s Self-Service Invoicing System (SSIS). It appears that there has been a variance found when compared with CARRR and your Invoice will need further adjustment by the Follett ACCESS Accounting Team. You will be contacted by the Follett ACCESS Accounting Team within 2-4 business days with an update. Though the invoice will not be available inside SSIS, you can still find your Adjustment Form by navigating to SAM > Invoicing > View Completed Invoices & Adjustments. Your feedback is valuable to us so please share your SSIS experience with your Customer Solutions Manager.

Your Last Day to Process Drops (LDTPD) has passed for [Term Name]. Please follow the below instructions to start the invoicing process. Invoicing will not be started until you execute the below!
How to start invoicing . . .
1. Go to SAM
2. Select Invoicing
3. Select View Term Detail(s)
4. Locate [Term Name] in Parent/Nested Term Name column
5. Select Create Invoice for that term
6. Export & Review Questionable Orders
7. Review all other checkboxes
8. Select all checkboxes
Important! If you find an issue in the Questionable Orders or when reviewing the other checkboxes, please reach out to the Follett ACCESS Accounting Team & your Customer Solutions Manager with the details of the issue.
9. Select Submit
