Modifying Existing Cash Order Requests
Store Managers and Regional Managers can modify requests that have a
status of Waiting for Regional approval.
You cannot edit a cash order request that has a confirmation
number assigned to it.
- From the Cash
Order Requests screen, click the Store
# for the request you want to modify.
The Modify
Existing Requests screen appears.
Modify the fields as needed.
View Field Definitions.
Status | Click to filter Cash Order requests by: - All -Includes
every request made.
- Issued—The cash order
has been placed with the bank and a confirmation # is provided.
- Not Approved—Rejected by
the Regional Manager or the Home Office. When a request is rejected an
automated e-mail is sent to the store.
- Waiting for Home
Office to Process—Approved
by the Regional Manager, but not yet by the Home Office. Store Managers
cannot change Cash Change Order Requests in this status. Regional Managers
can still make changes to requests in this status.
- Waiting for Regional
approval—Can
be modified by the Store Manager and the Regional Manager.

Store | Store number and name. If there is more than one store, you can choose the store from the drop-down list. |
From Date
To Date | Click on the calendars to choose a date range. |
Run | Click Run to display store fund
requests made within the date range. |
Store | Store number and name. If there is more than one store, you can choose
the store from the drop-down list. |
Reason | Reason for the fund request: |
Delivery Date | The date by which you need the funds. The date shaded in pink is the
earliest delivery date. Unacceptable dates will be blocked out in blue. |
Total Order | Total dollar amount of funds for the Cash Order Request. |
Confirmation # | The bank gives a confirmation number to the Home Office when the cash
order is placed. |

Submit your modified request. | Update | A confirmation dialog displays. |
Discard your request. | Delete | The request is removed from the list. It cannot be retrieved. |
Discard your changes. | Cancel | The Main screen appears. |

Existing Requests or Enter New
Requests screens:
No current rush information available. Please update your store's rush dates in
eStore Database.
