Approve or Deny Access to MMS/SODA
All associates (or the associates you selected) who have access to MMS are listed on the MMS/SODA Security Review screen. MMS Security does not allow you to create new security access from the MMS/SODA application. If you want to grant access to an associate who does not currently have access to MMS/SODA, complete a System Access Request.
Note: If a current user account is disabled, log a ticket with the Follett Support Center to re-enable the user account.
- On the MMS/SODA Security Review screen, click the Approve or Deny checkbox for each associate listed. View field definitions.
Associate's user ID.
|Location||The store number or Home Office designation.|
Identifies the group(s) the associate has authority to access.
Indicates the associate should continue to have access.
Indicates the associate should no longer have access.
Select the reason from the list:
|Transferred To||If the Deny Reason is User Transferred, select the location from the list.|
Free form comments.
If an associate has access to more than one function in the application they are listed separately. View Security Group Descriptions.
Note: Make sure that an associate does not have access to both menus for creating POs and receiving. View group lists.
- When you have reviewed all the listed names, click Submit.
The MMS/SODA Security Review screen refreshes and the Completed Review section is populated.
Click Previous to return to the MMS/SODA Security Review main screen without saving your changes.
- If you clicked Submit in step 2, check the Completed Review section (at the bottom of the screen) for accuracy.
If you want to review more associates, click Previous to return to the MMS/SODA Employee Search screen.
