Request Accelerator Access
You must submit a request in the Follett Support CenteruBusiness Operations SupportuConsumer Marketing & Website Support to request Accelerator access for a new user.
Follow the selections below when submitting a request:
Select Website Support from the Please choose your issue below drop-down.
Fill in the specific requester details.
Enter the user information details in the Description field.
Select System Issue from the What can we help you with? drop-down.
Scroll down and select User Account Support from the Online Support - PSC - Request type? drop-down.
Select Accelerator Access from the User Account Support - Online Support (Level 2) drop-down.
Fill the user information in Customer First Name, Customer Last Name, and Customer Email fields.
To submit a password reset, complete steps 1 - 4 above. At step 5, select Accelerator Password Reset from the User Account Support - Online Support (Level 2) drop-down. Then, complete steps 6 & 7.
