Add Comments to an Order

- As part of the picking confirmation process, you can add comments about the shipment.
- Comments to the customer appear in the order history section of the customer's account page on eFollett and print on the packing slip.
- Internal comments can be viewed only by Follett team members.
- Access the SODA
Picking Confirmation screen for the order you want.
Tell me how...
- Click Comments.
- Type comments to the customer or internal comments in the respective fields.
- Click Accept.
- Return to Confirm the Picks for an Order
