Inventory Availability Inquiry

This Inquiry Availability Inquiry displays on-hand, allocated, available and on order quantities for the selected SKU.

  1. From the SODA main menu, select Inventory Inquiry.

  2. Type the SKU in the SKU Number field.
  3. Press Enter or click Find.

Field Definitions for the Inventory Availability Inquiry

FieldDefinition
Store NumberIdentifies the store number of the store whose inventory you want to view.
SKU NumberIdentifies the SKU entered to set up the inquiry.
On-HandIdentifies the quantity of the SKU currently showing in-stock in MMS.
AllocatedIdentifies the quantity of the SKU that is set aside for existing online orders.
AvailableIdentifies the quantity of the SKU that is available for fulfilling orders.
On-OrderIdentifies the quantity of the SKU that is currently on an open PO.
