Setup Section for Follett Access (includED)

Follow the CourseTracks u Adoptions u Maintain Courses and Sections for detailed step-by-steps for section setup.

Once you setup the section in CourseTracks, there are several other steps you must complete specifically for Follett Access courses, if applicable.

Flag the Course Section as Part of the Follett Access (includED) Program

This flag may be updated through a course import or on the CourseTracks Adoptions: Course & Section Detail screen. Click the includED section checkbox.

To flag the includED section checkbox:

1. Locate the includED section in CourseTracks.
2. Select Course & Section Detail.
3. Click the includED section checkbox.
4. Select Update.

After you check the includED section checkbox, the Display Section Notes on shelf tags and eFollett checkbox is populated and is not editable unless the includED section checkbox is unchecked. The section note displays the store Follett Access (includED) program name.

The includED section flag also displays on the Adoptions: Search Results screen to identify Follett Access (includED) courses and sections.

Setup Section for a Nested Term Follett Access (includED) Section

Flag the Course Section as Part of the Follett ACCESS (includED) Program

This flag may be updated through a course import or on the CourseTracks Adoptions: Course & Section Detail screen. Click the includED section checkbox.

To flag the includED section checkbox:

1. Locate the includED section in CourseTracks.
2. Select Course & Section Detail.
3. Click the includED section checkbox.
4. Select Nested Term from the Nested Term drop-down.
5. Select Update.

After you check the includED section checkbox, the Display Section Notes on shelf tags and eFollett checkbox is populated and is not editable unless the includED section checkbox is unchecked. The section note displays the store Follett ACCESS (includED) program name.

The includED section flag also displays on the Adoptions: Search Results screen to identify Follett Access (includED) courses and sections.
