Opt-Out Customer Portal Email Templates
Rules: The From date cannot be more than 30 days before the ORD, and not greater than the To date. The To date cannot be before the From date, and cannot be greater than 2 days before LDTPD. (This allows for refunds to flow through our systems).

Welcome Email
The Welcome email is sent to all first-time portal students that enrolled before the start of the From date set in SAM term setup. Any enrollment after the From date is sent 12 to 24 hours after enrollment.

Email Changed
The Email Changed email is sent to all new or returning students that we show with a student ID already on record, but a different email address than enrolled between the From and To date.
Important: The email address is received from the campus through ConnectOnce or a SAM file, so if there is a concern, or this is a mistake, contact the campus SIS campus contact.
