Entering Cash Order Requests
To order cash and coins for your store, submit a cash/change order request through eStore Portal. The cash order request is sent to your Regional Manager for approval. Once it is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and your bank will receive a wire request for cash and coins for your store.

Enter New Cash Requests
The Cash Order
Request Form appears. View Field Definitions.
Note: If you are a Regional Manager and you are requesting cash and/or change for one of your stores, make sure the correct store number appears in the Store field. If the correct store is not displayed, select it from the list.
- Select a Reason Code.
- Type the dollar amounts for each denomination in the Amount field. Press Tab to advance to the next field.
Note: The Total Bills, Total Coin and Total Order fields are filled in automatically by the system.
- Click the calendar icon to select a date.
- Click Submit.
A confirmation dialog appears. Click Ok.
