Voiding Shiprecs

You will need the shiprec number and the check digit to perform the following task.

1. From the Keyrec and Shiprec Voiding main screen, click Void Shiprecs.

2. Click Enter.

The Shiprec Voiding screen appears.

Note: Use this screen only for voiding shiprecs. Do not use it for voiding keyrecs.

3. Type the Shiprec number.

Note: Any leading zeros are not needed.

4. Press the Tab key.
5. Type the shiprec check digit.
6. Click Submit.

The shiprec is voided.

7. Click OK in the message box.

The Shiprec Voiding screen appears.

Note: If you have entered an incorrect shiprec/check digit combination, you will see the message Incorrect Check Digit. Please check/reenter shiprec number and check digit! Reenter the correct Shiprec number and check digit.
