Viewing and Deleting Voids

This option shows keyrecs/shiprecs that have been entered as voids but have not been updated to Home Office records.

To View a Voided Keyrec/Shiprec:

1. From the Keyrec and Shiprec Voiding main screen, select Edit Voids.

2. Click Enter.

The Keyrecs/Shiprecs Voided screen appears.

Use this screen to verify that all Keyrec and Shiprec numbers were keypunched correctly. You can print this page for your records. Do NOT mail printouts to the Home Office.

To Delete a Keyrec or Shiprec:

1. On the Keyrecs/Shiprecs Voided screen, click the delete option for the Keyrec or Shiprec you want to delete.
2. From the Delete prompt, click OK to delete the Keyrec or Shiprec.

Click Cancel to return to the Keyrecs/Shiprecs Voided screen without making any deletions.
