Field Definitions for the Item Inventory Screen
| Field Header | Field Definition |
| Country | Identifies the country where the inventory is located. |
| Item ID | Identifies the item SKU. |
| Item Description | Identifies the description of the item. |
| Location | Identifies where inventory is available. |
| On Hand | Identifies the quantity of the item at the location. |
| Allocated (OMS) | Identifies the quantity of the item that has been allocated by OMS for orders. |
| On Order | Identifies the quantity of the item that is included on open purchase orders. |
View Inventory by SKU or ISBN
- Click this URL or copy and paste into the Internet Explorer address field:

- In the Please make a selection drop-down list, select the type of item number you are entering. Choices are:
- MMS-SKU-ID-NEW
- MMS-SKU-ID-USED
- ISBN-13
- ISBN-10
- Type the item number in the Enter Item Number field.
- Press Enter or click Submit.
The Item Inventory screen is displayed.
