ASN Reports

ASN Reports

Three ASN reports are available in the Reports and Inquiries menu.

  • ASN Cartons Detail Received
  • Adjusted ASN Carton Receivers
  • ASN Audit Report

The first two reports allow you to see the two error conditions for ASN receiving. The third report provides ASN audit data.

Each report requires a date range. The date range defaults to one year back from the current slide.

Select Print. A PDF report displays in another browser.

ASN Cartons Detail Received

The ASN Cartons Detail Received report displays all ASN cartons that were not received via ASN, but detail received instead, within the date range selected.

Report data includes:

  • ASN Carton #
  • Reason Code
  • Vendor
  • PO Number
  • User (who performed the receipt)

Adjusted ASN Carton Receivers

The Adjusted ASN Carton Receivers List displays all ASN cartons that were manually adjusted after receipt, within the date range selected.

Report data includes:

  • ASN Carton #
  • PO Number
  • Received Date
  • Adjustment Date
  • SKU
  • Vendor #
  • Receiver #
  • Received User (who performed the receipt)
  • Adjustment User (who performed the adjustment)
  • Reason Code/Description

ASN Audit Report

The ASN Audit report displays all ASN cartons that were manually audited, within the date range selected.

Report data includes:

  • PO Number
  • Vendor
  • ASN#
  • Carton ID#
  • Audit Date
  • Audit Result
  • User (who performed audit)
 

Note: If text was provided in the Audit Comments field when the audit was entered, it displays under the other data as a second line for that entry in the report, labeled Audit Comment.
