eFollett: My Bag
The My Bag screen, formerly the Shopping Cart, displays the product details to be fulfilled by the store. The customer is able to review the product details, transaction type (buy new, used, digital, or rent), quantity, unit price, and the total price.
If a customer has a My Account on eFollett, they can save their bag item for a later date.
As of October 2020, the option for a customer to select a substitution preference is no longer available. The system automatically makes every effort to fill the order with the original condition via the store and network before allowing a condition substitution — if a substitution is available.
