Correct Quantities on a Shipment
If the quantities on a shipment are incorrect, correct the quantities in CourseTracks. Since the original shipment was created in CourseTracks in Dispositions - Store Stock Shipment or Store Stock Buyback Shipment, correct the quantities in CourseTracks Dispositions.
A shipment may be listed with incorrect quantities or the credit memo has incorrect quantities. The way you correct the quantities depend on how old the shipment is:

Within 90 days of the original creation date | Correct the Disposition document in CourseTracks. Use the Undo feature or Adjust feature in the Dispositions report where the shipment was originally created. |
Longer than 90 days from the original creation date | Request an inventory adjustment in eStore Portal Inventory Adjustment Request with a reason of canceling an incorrect shipment or adjusting quantities. |
Correcting the Markdown
If you have taken the mark down for the store stock shipment, use the eStore Portal Inventory Adjust Request application to reverse the mark down of the quantity you are correcting.
