Find the SODA Order or Web Order Number

1. From the SODA main menu, select Reprint Pick/Pack/Order List.
   
   The SODA Order XREF Inquiry screen displays.
2. If applicable, type the store number in the Store Number field and click Find.
   
   The Store Order Pick/Pack/Order Detail Reprint screen displays.

3. Click Search Options .
   
4. Click Customer .
   
5. Click Advanced Search.
   
6. Click Customer Full Name .
   
7. Type the Bill To customer's full name exactly how it was entered on their order.
   Click Find.
   
   
8. Find the customer's name and highlight that line.
   Click Select.
   

The Store Order Pick/Pack/Order Detail Reprint screen displays.

9. Look in the SODA Number and WEB Number columns for the order number you need.
