Accessing MMS
MMS is a web-based application that can be accessed through your store internet browser.
Google Chrome is the preferred browser. If you normally use a version of Internet Explorer below version 9, use Google Chrome.
Access to MMS is driven by security roles. Submit a System Access Request through the Follett Support Center to request access for you and your team members.
Login and Security
MMS security is grouped by functionality that an associate is able to access. Each associate is assigned a single security role based on their responsibility in your store. There are five security roles, 1—5. The chart identifies a recommendation for each security role. Each level is designed to align with a location or role. Select the security role that most aligns with the associate’s needs.
