Search for Shipped or Released RTVs

1. Select Return to Vendor (RTV).

2. On the Return to Vendor Search screen select Filter.

3. On the Filter by popup window, type an S and select Status. (S = Shipped)

The list of shipped/released RTVs appears.

4. In the Search RTV# open field, type the RTV number

5. Press Enter.

The RTV you searched for appears at the top of list.
