Sections without Students Search Report
The Sections Without Students report is used to determine which sections marked as includED (Follett ACCESS) in CourseTracks for an open term have no student enrollment records in SAM. This report can be used to determine if Follett ACCESS sections offered by the campus are accurately free of student enrollment or if there is a possible need to review the enrollment of those courses. The export to Excel functionality allows the list of course/sections to be easily shared with the campus.
Run this report approximately three weeks before the Order Release Date to see which classes have no enrollment; follow up with the institution to ensure that the section is in the Follett ACCESS program.
After first review of this report, run this report weekly until the start of classes or at the need persists.
- Select Reports > Sections Without Students.
- Select the term you want included on the report.
If there are no sections without students, a message "No Results Found" is displayed.
