Entering New Store Fund Requests
To order funds for buyback, rush, or other reasons, submit a store fund
request through eStore Portal.
Note:Make sure the check(s) is made out to the person who is going to the bank and cashing the check(s).

Requests
- From the Request for Additional Store Funds Main screen, selectEnter
New Requests.
ViewField Definitions.
Regional Managers: If the correct store is not displayed, select it from the list.
- Select a Reason Code.
- Click the calendar icon to select a date.
Once a date is entered in this field, the Shipping Method field displays with the shipping method that will be used already displayed.
- In the PayableTo field, accept the name displayed or select Other and type the name.

a. In the No. of Checks field, enter the number of checks you want the funds paid in. b. In the Amount of Checks field enter the amount of each check (Total requested funds divided by the number of checks entered in Step a equals the Total Needed) | Enter the total amount of your Store Fund Request in the Amount field. Note: The Payment Method and Total Needed fields are filled in automatically by the system. |
- Click Submit.
A confirmation dialog appears.
