Multiple Duplicate SKUs - Unit prices are the Same
On this order, the first 3 SKUs were added twice. The unit prices were the same for each duplicate.
To fix this error, the duplicate SKUs need to be canceled.
See steps 4-5.
The screen below illustrates step 6 with multiple duplicate SKUs.
Note: If you do not find any duplicate SKUs on the first page, select the down arrow to view additional pages. You may find that the last SKU on the first page and the SKU on the second page are duplicates.
Duplicate SKUs - Different Unit Prices
Which of the duplicate SKUs should you cancel?
In this example, the price listed with the SKU on page 1 is $13.50.
The price listed with the same SKU on page 2 is $7.20.
Cancel the duplicate SKU with the higher unit price.
So, in this example, you would cancel the $13.50 SKU on page 1.
Once the SKU is canceled, it will be deleted from the order.
