Print a Report
The process of printing a report in Crystal Reports will differ depending on the operating system of the computer.

Click the Start button. The operating system name is displayed in a vertical banner on the left side of the Start Menu.

- From the Crystal Reports screen, click the Print icon.
- From the Page Range screen, set your print options and click Print.
- Click Open from the File Download dialog.
- From the Acrobat
Menu select File
Print.

- Open IE.
- Select Tools
Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- If it is not already highlighted, select the Internet zone.
- Click Custom Level.
- Scroll down to ActiveX controls and plug-ins and verify the following options:
- Download signed ActiveX controls—Prompt
- Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins—Enable
- Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting—Enable
- Click OK
OK to save your settings and exit the Internet Options window.

- From the Crystal Reports screen, click the Print icon.
If you are using the Crystal Reports print function for the first time, click Yes when the Install ActiveX Control window appears.
Note: This window will only appear if the required ActiveX control does not already exist on the machine you are using.
- When your Print window appears, set the printing options (Page Range, Number of Copies etc.) and click Print.
