View Item Analysis Report

What does the Item Analysis report show?

• total sales by department for a specific date this year compared with the same date last year
• total number of items sold by department
• average retail price per item sold
• Financial 7 department breakdown or the MMS 29 department breakdown

1. On the Daily Sales App screen, click Item Analysis.
2. In the Rollup Type field, select your authorization level. View options.
3. If your store number does not appear in the Rollup Value field, select your store.

Note: Group VPs and Region Managers have different values in this field depending upon the value they have set in Rollup Type.

4. Click the Calendar icon and select the date for which you want to display information.

Type a date using the following format: mm/dd/yyyy

Note: You can scroll forward or backward through the calendar by clicking the arrow buttons on the calendar.

5. Select the Store Type. View options.

Note: This option is not available to Store Managers.

6. Under Departments, select 7 to view the Financial 7 department breakdown.

Select 29 to view the MMS 29 department breakdown.

7. Click Run.
