If a customer has more than one new check request, you can combine the separate requests on one check. The system will combine all customers where the following information is identical:
- First name
- Last name
- Address 1
- Address 2
Important! All characters in both name and addresses must match exactly in each field. Even a period or space different in one field will keep the requests from being combined.
Make sure the Automate Buyback Requests Summary page is displayed. View field definitions.
