Number that identifies the store whose data is displayed. If you have access to more than one store, select the store number whose information you want to view.
Select the code to display records with a specific status. Codes are:
Select a beginning date to display check requests for a range of dates.
Select an ending date to display check requests for a range of dates.
Store that created the check request.
Date the check request was created.
Name of the student on the buyback transaction. The check will be made out to this person.
Dollar amount that the student will be paid.
Number assigned to the buyback transaction in CourseTracks.
Identifies where the request was initiated.
Status of the check request:
Click the link to view the details of the request. If the request status is Processed, the check number, date and dollar amount are listed in the details.

Store that initiated the request.
Identifies what the check request is for. For example, CourseTracks buyback transaction.
Customer's first name.
Customer's last name.
First line of the customer's address.
Second line of the customer's address.
City of the customer's address.
Two-letter abbreviation for the customer's state.
ZIP code for the customer's address.
Text box displays check information after the check is created.
An active button indicates the approval level that is needed.
Identifies the user sign on, date and time that the request was last changed.
Buyback Transaction Detail
Date of the buyback transaction.
Title of the book that was bought.
Number of books of each title that were bought.
N or U
Identifies whether the books was new N or used U.
Dollar amount paid for the quantity of each title.
A Y indicates that the buyback price was overridden by the buyer. An N indicates that the buyback price was not changed by the buyer in CourseTracks.
Total of all dollar amounts. The dollar total of the check.
- If the customer is already listed in the customer database, the address is filled in. Verify that the address is correct.
If the customer is not already entered, enter the customer's address.
- Click Save.
If the user who is signed on is a Store Manager, the request is automatically approved, unless the total of the transaction is over $500.00. View Dollar Limits for Managerial Approval.

If the user who is signed on is not a store manager, the request is saved for the store manager's approval.
