Exchange

1. Select Return.
2. Scan the receipt barcode.
3. Select Trans Details.
4. Select the items to be returned on the receipt.

• To select more than one item, select the first item to be returned and press the Space bar, then select each item to be returned. The Return Item Info screen displays.

5. Select the Return Reason Code from the drop-down menu for each item, then select Next/Enter.
   The Sell Item screen displays. You are now ready to ring the item(s) to be exchanged for the return.
6. Scan the barcode SKU of the exchanged item(s).
7. Select Tender.
8. Select a option for the refund or payment.
