Accelerator User Accounts
You must submit a request in the Follett Support Center to request Accelerator access for a new user.
Request New Account
Follow the selections below when submitting a request:
Select the Submit A Request option in the top right corner of the screen.
Under the Submit A Request dropdown, select System Access Request (SAR).
Enter the required information listed below:
Store/University Name (Select “TBD” If Store/University Name Is Not Listed)
Store Number
Category Dropdowns
Under eCommerce – Sys Access Request (Level 2) select Accelerator Access Create Account from the dropdown menu.
Under Sys Access Request - PSC - Request Type select eCommerce from the dropdown menu.
Subject Field
Request For Accelerator Access - Store Number “XXXX”
(If requesting access to multiple stores replace store number with “Multiple”)Description Field
Enter Full First/Last Name of who needs access
Enter Associate ID(This is the ESS login ID)
Requesting access to Store Number “XXXX”
(If requesting access to multiple stores list all store numbers)
Select Submit.
Reset User Account
To submit a password reset, follow the below steps in the Follett Support Center.
Select the Submit A Request option in the top right corner of the screen.
Under the Submit A Request dropdown, select System Access Request (SAR).
Enter the required information listed below:
Store/University Name (Select “TBD” If Store/University Name Is Not Listed)
Store Number
Category Dropdowns
Under Sys Access Request - PSC - Request Type select eCommerce from the dropdown menu.
Under eCommerce – Sys Access Request (Level 2) select Accelerator Password Reset from the dropdown menu.
Subject Field
Select Accelerator Account Reset.
Description Field
a. Enter Full First/Last Name
b. Enter Associate ID (This is the ESS login ID)
Select Submit
Terminate User Account
To submit a password reset, follow the below steps in the Follett Support Center.
Select the Submit A Request option in the top right corner of the screen.
Under the Submit A Request dropdown, select System Access Request (SAR).
Enter the required form information in the fields listed below:
Store/University Name (Select “TBD” If Store/University Name Is Not Listed)
Store Number
Category dropdowns
Under Sys Access Request - PSC - Request Type?, select eCommerce from the dropdown menu.
Under eCommerce – Sys Access Request (Level 2), select Accelerator Access Termination from the dropdown menu.
Subject Field
Select Request to Terminate Accelerator Access.
Description Field
a. Enter Full First/Last Name
b. Enter Associate ID (This is the ESS login ID)
c. Remove access to Store Number “XXXX” (If requesting access to multiple stores list all store numbers)
Select Submit.
