Search for a Customer Number

This procedure assumes you have a web order number associated with a customer.

1. From the SODA main menu, select Order Inquiry by Orig. Loc.
   
   

2. In the Web Order Number field, type the customer's web order number and click Find.
   
3. Click Toggle Name/Number at the top of the screen.
   
   After selecting the Toggle Name/Number, the Customer Number will replace the Customer Name in the Customer Name field.
