An inventory adjustment is required to reduce the onhand quantity in MMS.	Process an inventory adjustment in MMS using the reason code Known Theft/Shrink
Actual quantity onhand is higher than the onhand listed in MMS.	Check for: Receiving errors (product not properly received in MMS) RTV errors (an RTV was processed but not product left the store) Transfer errors Previous inventory adjustments
An inventory adjustment is required to increase the onhand quantity listed in MMS, Inventory Accounting needs to make the adjustment.	Email Inventory Accounting(inventoryaccounting@follett.com) with the following information: SKU(s) of the item with the discrepancy Quantity that needs to be corrected for the SKU A brief explanation for the adjustment
