A Store Manager can modify a request that has a status of Waiting for Regional approval. A Regional Manager can modify a request until the status changes to: Waiting for Lawson to Process.
- From the Request for Additional Store Funds Main Screen, click the date in the Date Needed field for the request you want to modify.
The Modify Existing Requests screen appears. View Field Definitions.
|Store||Store number and name. If there is more than one store, you can choose the store from the drop-down list.|
Reason for the fund request:
|Buyback Date||Date of the scheduled buyback for this term.|
|Date Needed||Date you need the funds.|
Expedited—This service incurs an extra charge depending on the shipper and time frame.
US Mail—This is regular First Class postage.
Both of these choices are driven by the delivery date selected.
Note: If you are an ACH store the word Electronic will appear in the Shipping Method field.
This is the name of the person designated to receive the funds.
Regional Managers Only—Names showing up in red indicate that this is a new vendor.

|Amount||Dollar amount of each check.|
|Total Needed||Total dollar amount of checks.|

Submit your modified request.
A confirmation dialog displays.
Discard your request.
The request is removed from the list. It cannot be retrieved.
Discard your changes.
The Main screen appears.
You may occasionally see the following message on the Modify Existing Requests or Enter New Requests screens:
