Unfulfilled Orders Report
The Unfulfilled Orders report provides details on Follett ACCESS orders for the selected term that have not yet been confirmed in SODA. This report can be used to review orders that require follow-up action in SODA. In the case of digital materials where the completion of orders in SODA should happen automatically, entries on this report may indicate orders in exception.
The defaulted value for the Dropped Sections Only checkbox is meant to help identify orders for students that need to be confirmed before they are returned in accordance with the standard procedure. Uncheck this box before selecting a term to review all orders that are unfulfilled.
- Select Reports > Unfulfilled Orders.
- Select the term you want included on the report.
- To view all sections, uncheck the Dropped Sections Only checkbox.
To view only dropped sections, leave the Dropped Sections Only checkbox selected. View Unfulfilled Orders screen.
If there are no unfulfilled orders in the term selected, a message "No results exist for the report selection" is displayed.

|Placed||Date the order was placed.|
|Dropped||Date the section was dropped.|
|SAM Order Ref #||Identifies the order reference number in SAM.|
|SODA Order Ref #||Identifies the order reference number in SODA.|
|Line #||Identifies the line number in the SODA order.|
|SKU Ordered||Identifies the stock keeping unit of the item ordered.|
|Digital||Identifies whether the ordered item is digital.|
|Rental||Identifies whether the item is a rental or not.|
|DDCS||Division, department, course, and section identifier.|
|Item Description||Description of the item.|
|Student ID||ID of the student.|
|Last Name||Student's last name.|
|First Name||Student's first name.|
|Student's email address.|
