Patron Sent to Collection Agency

The Patron Sent to Collection Agency report lists all patrons whose accounts have been sent to collection.

1. Click Reporting Text Rental Reports.
2. Click Report Name and select Patron Sent to Collection Agency.
3. Select report parameters. View field definitions.

4. Click Display Report.
5. To print the report, click the printer icon above the report view.
6. Verify print parameters.
7. Click OK.
