Handle an Invalid Shiprec

If a shipment that is listed on the Wholesale Chargeback Shiprec Entry and Release- Main Page was created in error or is a duplicate, ignore the line in eStore Portal and undo the Disposition document in CourseTracks.

When you undo the Disposition document in CourseTracks, the shipment information will be removed from Wholesale Chargeback Shiprec Entry and Release- Main Page.

Correcting the Markdown

If you have taken the mark down for the store stock shipment, use the eStore Portal Inventory Adjust Request application to reverse the mark down of the quantity or quantities you are correcting.
